  • Matrixify team processes all support tickets within 25 hours. If you haven’t received a reply from us, it means that either we didn’t receive an e-mail from you, or you didn’t receive our reply. In that case, please, try reaching us via Slack. E-mail across the internet is not a guaranteed service.

    • AI Assistant (AI only): Communicate directly with our AI Assistant, Maibo, from within the Matrixify app or website by using the chat widget. Human support agents will not join these chats.
    • Slack (AI and human support): Matrixify Support Slack Workspace. Message in any of the available channels. Maibo AI Assistant will reply instantly, and human Support Agents will join within a day if needed.
    • E-mail (AI and human support): Email directly to our support team. The first response will be from our Maibo AI Assistant which likely will already answer your question. Our Support team will follow up within 25 hours unless you reply that Maibo already answered your question and no further support is needed in that ticket.
  • Maibo is the Matrixify Support AI assistant that replies to all Matrixify app-related questions, concerns, and issues.
    Maibo is developed in-house using the top LLMs available. It is trained and optimized specifically on the Matrixify app functionality, features, and knowledge base.

    Our human support agents are reading through most of the Maibo-sent messages in all channels to ensure the AI response quality and to catch any potential gaps or issues in the AI assistant’s knowledge.
