From March 14, 2019, Shopify has introduced the “Product/Variant import limit” for non-Plus shops. If you need to import a lot of new Products or Variants, please, read this article first.
Matrixify plan limits are for each import/export job.
There are no monthly, daily or other time-based limits in the Matrixify app related to the item count that you can import/export.
For example, with the Basic plan you can import/export up to 5,000 Products at a time with each import/export job, as many times as you wish.
Note that Shopify-enforced limits would still apply. For example, all non-Shopify Plus stores are limited by Shopify’s daily Variant creation limit.
The item amount numbers in the pricing table represent only limitations from the Matrixify and while the app has specific number of items you can import with each plan, it still is not able to go around any Shopify limitations that Shopify has applied to your store.
Since each store, based on its Shopify plan and other factors, might have different limitations, then if you have large amount of specific data you need to import into your Shopify store, please do contact Shopify or Matrixify (Excelify) support to confirm any potential limitations specific for your store.
You can also see list of our known Shopify limitations in our “Shopify Limits” documentation.
A single store can run a maximum of 20 jobs per minute. And at the same time, you can run 1 import and 1 export.
If a job will try to start while the previous one is not finished, it will get queued and start automatically once the preceding one is completed.
Yes. The cost is per month, but you can, of course, use it as long as you need, and then switch back to Demo plan.
The application charge is for 30-day periods, so if the plan is canceled before 30 days have passed, you will be able to use it till the end of the current charge period.
You can also reactivate the same or other subscription plan if needed by selecting plan and approving plan subscription charge amount.
Shopify will see that it is the same charge period and will not double-charge you for the app and prorate charge for paid plan changes.
You are billed for the Matrixify together with your regular Shopify bill.
You can cancel your subscription by uninstalling the app or switching to the Demo plan.
Do note that charge is always for a full 30 day period.
You don’t lose any data. When you uninstall the Matrixify app, all the data you imported using Matrixify, stays in your store.
Matrixify keeps data only in your Shopify store database.
Shopify currently does not allow development stores to approve app charges.
To use paid Matrixify plan in a development store you would need to either:
