Minimum required columns to update specific Product fields

This guide is designed to help you understand the minimum required columns you need to update specific fields for your products using the Matrixify app.
Whether you’re looking to update your product’s handle, title, body HTML, vendor, type, or any other field, we’ve got you covered.

The following list of fields contains every field that can be updated for products. Find a column you wish to update and under it, you will see a minimum required columns you need to update it.

We will not use the Command column as when this column is not used the app assumes the MERGE command by default which will update products.

Variant Packed Length, Width and Height

If the Variant already has packed dimensions, you can Import only the value you want to change and not set other dimension values – the app will take them from the saved dimensions.
When setting packed dimensions for item that does not yet have them set or for new Products or Variants, Shopify saves packed dimensions only when length, width and height all have a value.

The Variant Packed Dimension Unit column is optional. Without it the saved unit is kept, and for Variants without saved packed dimensions the store unit system is used (cm or in).
